When Brantley's parents noticed a lump on his back while on vacation in April of 2016, they visited their family doctor after returning home. Their doctor decided to send Brantley to Peyton Manning's Children's Hospital in Indianapolis and after meeting with an Oncologist, several tests and surgery, they discovered Brantley had a Sarcoma tumor. Brantley was diagnosed with Rhabdomysosarcoma in May of 2016

How We Helped

We immediately began reaching out to churches and other organizations to help with donations. Brantley's treatment program was going to be 43 weeks, so we helped their family organize a Facebook page and start B's Battle: Stronger than Sarcoma to help them cover and expenses and hospital bills. The first fundraiser event raised over $15,000 and broght in lots of gifts and toys from the community.

"We cannot thank you all enough for all the help you have given us. This community and has gone above and we appreciate Kids r Golden for helping make it happen!"
